You can either create an account for the recipient which they can log into to spend the voucher, or we will email the voucher to you with a log in code that the recipient can use to access the voucher
If the full amount of the voucher is not spent the balance can be left on account to spend another time, or if the purchase is of a higher value than the voucher then the amount can be topped up by the recipient
